Indian sciences are deep rooted in the philosophical ground. Body for them is a ground of Mahabhootas, which make a mesh-work background for these. This mesh is formulated by the different composition of the Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. These three not only control the structure of this background but also, controls its activity by playing a game of the BIO-REGULATOR triad (Tri-Doshas) under the guidance of the Soul. Any of these components when got disturbed dance of Tri-Doshas, got upset and result will be imbalance of all the traits and activities of the body. What we call- disease. So for the betterment of the body it is important that all these three parts should remain in harmony. Where, we lost this harmony we looses all the sweetness of the work by these different traits, and this is always painful. Ayurveda is dealt with the harmony of these all but the beside this there is psychological part which also needs similar balance, this is the relation of the Sattva, Rajas and Tamas with soul and the mesh of the Mahabhootas. For proper balance it is important that all these will work with each other in a particular harmony. this was the reason why Yoga, was developed. Yoga is not a exercise technique, it is more than this. yoga is a devotion to eliminate all the pains from ones life. So aim of Yoga is similar to that of Ayurveda, because both are meant for a same purpose. Now question is that when there is Ayurveda to medicate the pains what is the need of Yoga.......... Need of Yoga
We remain exposed to visual and phonic ideas everyday thousand of times. Without our control. So we have no time to think good or bad as we can do it in case of foods. To analyze good and bad and then avoidance of bad, is very hard for any one. In this era of globalization it's hard for everyone to sit in a room and to do nothing to save himself from these bad ideas and thoughts. So we should be strong enough from inside to face all these good or bad ideas, thoughts or scenes. As we receive all these perceptions from our five sense organs. To avoid un-wanted thoughts etc. these sense organs should be strong enough. And by practice we should have capabilities to control these five. This is also important to do because through these five balance of Punchmahabhootas will be maintained. Yoga is science to control sensory organs and their urges. These work as a media between the outer and inner world. So if media will be controlled, harmony of inner and outer world will be achieved easily. Yoga provides strength to these receptive organs to make them efficient to avoid useless things. Main aim of yoga is to achieve the strength and control on these sense organs, which will make us strong enough to prevent the diseases of mind and psycho. Yoga provides better a mind, to control the body in its best. So body will remain healthy. Therefore Yoga is important to all of us for the betterment of the life in all spheres. To understand all about yoga lets first know about the hidden part of your body, which work as a control panel for this

Soul: The Subtle body:
Punchmahabhootas, TriGunas and Tri Doshas are the body parts which make a functioning unit together. There is always a controlling unit on all the functions. Which is know as God in case of Universal actions and on body level this is soul. In Indian Philosophy words for these God and Soul respectively come as Pramaatmas (the supreme soul) and Aatma. These are basically powers. Powers – which one can't object by any direct media? These powers work together for each other. And no animate or in-animate is away from these powers. When we are able to link our internal power with the universal one, then only we can understand the reality of the world. One can name these powers one of the following or totally as a mixture of all these together.

Gravitational forces.
Electric field – forces.
Magnetic field – forces!! Etc.

What Soul does for us?
Body (Physiology) and mind (Psychology) are two different parts of the body. How they are interlinked with each other and by what force they do together? Answer is – Soul/Aatma. That is why Ayurveda call these three- Body, mind and soul as three pillars, necessary for the well being and existence of life. As known to use – body and mind work together in a specific harmony. This third, most important factor is Aatma interconnects other two together and always maintain their relation with each other... When ever this balance is lost the psychosomatic diseases appears these are just common in today's times so we should think about all these i.e. soul and mind along with the body.

MANAS: THE MIND
Between the soul and body there is another mediator for the body processes this is known as Manas or Mind. Soul is in active it can control the conditions and can direct the manas and the indriyas to perform their works but it will not incorporate in any of the works of the body. Soul directs the Manas and then Manas controls all the body activities by its power to perform. It works only neither can control nor can direct body to do something. In the relation of Psycho and Soma along with the soul it also plays an important role. Soul and mind are complimentary to each other in their functions. Where mind is working like a messenger to all the working staff and soul will direct it as a director. The process of knowledge is---

When any object is visualized by the eyes, eyes send the message to the brain, now brain looks into the memory and find the noun, adjective and all stored in relation of a particular object! Now we came to know, what we have seen!

This is a normal phenomenon we talked about. But do you remember the day when your eyes were open but due to upset mood you were not looking anything? Not only with your eyes but once you were sitting in your class room or in your chamber at your office but you were present there only, physically! You might have said and listened it many times ----Mentally Absent!!

What is all this?
This is the mind---Manas; without whose help no knowledge can be gathered. If you can see without the Manas than it should be easy for you to visualize everything on the way to your home, but as your mind doesn't want to store the useless knowledge with itself, so it doesn't help the eyes. Mana is a key factor in the causation of the psychosomatic disorders. It works with TriGunas and Aatma. Any disturbance in any of these three will cause the diseases unwontedly. When one will start to think uselessly about irrelevant things and starts to behave badly these are the diseases where Manas is playing its role!! You may name these conditions anyone out of----- Schizophrenia, Dementia, and Alzheimer!!!!!

In the field of medical science use of this invisible object---The Manas can be understood easily. One can control this control panel of his/her own body by the Yogic exercises and by proper foods according to one's Prakruti !!!!!

Five Senses
Man and universe are similar to each other. Palying role of two counterparts. Which is greater and which is lesser none can say. Basically we all together; along with all other living and non-living creatures makes the universe. Man is linked with rest of the universe by the five senses. These work to perceive all kind of subjects, from the outer world.

These are five senses which relate us with five universal elements of the outer world.

Eyes – Light (Visual) – Agni Mahabhoot

Ears – Shabad (Phonic)- Aakash Mahabhoot.

Tongue – Ras (Taste) Jal Mahabhoot

Skin- Sparash (Touch) – Vayu Mahabhoot.

Nose- Gandh (smell) Prithvi Mahabhoot

These sense organs are usually out of control and perform their action on the principal of “all of a sudden”. Whatever comes to their way they are used to receive that! Whether useful are useless, these objects are. These are also able to generate special urges for their happiness. Quality and dis-qualities of these urges is controlled by TriGunas and Tridoshas together with the help of Manas and Soul. And quality of these urges effects quality of physiological and psychological actions of our body. If tongue is let free, will ask for particular tastes whether good or bad. And if this is bad according to our Prakruti, it will lead us to problems both physical and psychological. Yoga helps to control these senses and their autonomous actions. And by knowing Prakruti one can know that what taste, vision or touch should be asked by our tongue, eyes and skin simultaneously. To maintain the health in its best.

Eight limbs of Yoga
Yoga is divided into eight parts according to the approach to attain the ultimate goal of yoga i.e.…..freedom from all types of pains for forever. These are lined up in a specific order as it follows here,
  1. Yam
  2. Niyam
  3. Aasnas (postural exercise)
  4. Pranayam( breathing exercises)
  5. Pratyahara(strengthening senses)
  6. Dharna(concentration-1st level)
  7. Dhyan(2 nd level of concentration)
  8. Smaadhi(final goal) These eight parts make yoga complete, when they are used in the same order in which these are written above. What all are telling about yoga is not really yoga, because when ever this is a time for yoga people start right from the meditative classes in the name of Yoga. But this is more important to build a ground first, before going with Yogic exercises. Yam, Niyam, Aasnas, and Pranayam-these first four parts are important to build a healthy ground for the Yogic exercise. What we used to at first that is-to dip into the complete meditation is basically the last part of the Yogic exercises. So if you are interested in Yoga then only, go for Real yoga . Not for the business Yoga, which people developed to fulfill their professional requirements.

What Yoga Can Do For You & Me
Two important parts of Yoga viz, Pranayam (breathing exercises) and Aasnas (postural exercises) are devoted to both of the physical and mental health. Pranayam provides required amount of the oxygen to the body, eliminates carbon –di-oxide from the body. When body has required amount of the oxygen it will be helpful for healthy mind and body. Because cells can't do their best without proper amount of oxygen as oxygen is important to use all kind of the foods by the body. During performing the Pranayam the concentration with breathing helps us for better concentration and calm ness of mind. This calmness of body and mind leads us to relaxation and control on our emotions. A bar on emotions leads us to a better life by avoiding useless wear and tear. Till the time emotions are healthy they play a role of encouragement and prosperity. When same are extraordinary, and useless, they lead us to unnecessary stress. Stress leads to wear-tear in the body. These will makes us diseased. These useless emotions come in a lazy and diseased body only. These postural and breathing exercises, by alerting the body and providing the required energy, help us to remain away from the diseases. Until there won't be an adequate supply of oxygen the food material will lie there uselessly and this will cause blockage in channels. It is a direct invitation to the diseases.

Choose Your Yoga Part Carefully
These breathing and postural exercises are also related with these three Doshas. As Doshas are place specific in our body. And different-different exercises help us to sooth the body and control the levels of Doshas in the body. Today in e-era every person is getting knowledge of everything from I-net. But this is a biggest problem on net that they are providing half knowledge to all to fulfill their business needs. “ No knowledge is better than the half knowledge .”

Before starting, with these yogic exercises this is important to “Cleanse” your body. For this special foods and medicines are told there in different texts. Which, one should use for a month or so before going to practice the yogic exercises. Later on, the food consumption during these yogic exercises is also important. For this your “ Prakruti ” means a lot. Selection of the type of these yogic exercises is also important in relation with Prakruti . Because of the relation of the Yogic exercises and the Doshas it is of value to think about all these. Not only this, but also the seasonal changes and effects are also being counted carefully. Yoga is a complete science so behave to it as a science…not like a miraculous pattern of breathing and exercises. There is logic to tell too many postures and breathing exercises. So that one can choose what is better for someone. So don't be careless about this. It shouldn't be the story that you are performing some thing for good health and it is leading you to the diseases!! So before starting with Yoga get your Prakruti analyzed, and know about it that what are you requirements, that what you should do and eat up when you are going start with Yoga!!

Breathing Exercises
This is the most important part to start up with the Yoga. To understand the concept of Pranayam ; breathing exercises-this is important to know about the word itself. Pranayam is made by two words – Pran + Ayam – where Pran stands for the energy of life, the vital energies and Ayam tells the way to master this energy.

Prana is compared directly with the oxygen. It is known today that without this air human beings or any living creature can't live for a moment even. Oxygen is a main component for animates from this inhaled air, which burns the foods and then provide energy for all physical and psychological processes! And lack of this energy will lead us to a cessation. Our system will hang and we can't stop it and restart it. Due to this importance, oxygen was named, life ‘The Prana' by Ayurvedic scholars.

Pranayam is a procedure, which controls this energy of life. It's in and out flow in our body enables our body to do its daily activities. Entrance of this energy is from breathing organs. So these organs are exercised in such a particular way that maximum energy is provided to the body. When this energy is available for body, body will perform its best and diseases appeared due to lack of energy will disappear. Concentration on breathing makes the psychology stronger and aimed . When one will be a master of Prana (the life), there is no doubt he will get the happiness. This works as a basic homework to do the best of the yoga and to relieve from all pains by the yogic exercises.

Postural Exercises
An asana is a posture which is comfortably held. It is the most well-known part of yoga, but it is often misunderstood as well. Aasnas are not normal exercises such as calisthenics or gymnastics. Aasnas are special exercises which have specific effects on the endocrine glands, joints, muscles, specific nerves and neural plexuses. Thousands of years ago sages used to observe the animals of the forest. They noticed that each animal had certain qualities and that the animals often assumed different poses. By imitating these poses they began to notice important effects on the human body. For example, the peacock is a bird with a powerful digestive system capable of digesting even a poisonous snake. The ancient Scholars developed a posture for humans; this is known as Mayura Aasnas, imitating that of the peacock, which strengthens the human digestive system. Other postures were also developed which exercise other organs and glands.

These Aasnas along with their organ specificity, these are Dosha specific in our bodies also. As we know that each Dosha occupies 1/3 rd of body so where ever a particular Aasnas exert pressure, Dosha of that particular body part will be affected. In the same example, what we discussed earlier about Mayura Aasnas (the peacock posture)- a Vaata Prakruti person can do it easily and he will be benefited more by this posture in comparison of other two Prakrutis. One should be careful while choosing these Aasnas for himself. To know your type go for Prakruti Analysis...
