Brahmi: It is well known in Ayurvedic sciences for its nervine as well as memory enhancer property.
Shatawari: It acts as a general tonic for the persons of all ages & all conditions i.e. children, young persons, aged, pregnant ladies, lactating women all are equally benefited.
Shankhpushpi: It is considered to be the best amongst the herbs working as memory& mental ability enhancer.
Draksha: It is a very good fast energy provider because of its sweetness.
Tulasi: When taken in routine it strengthens the body & protects it from various inflammatory diseases, heart problems, respiratory discomforts etc.
Lavang: Well known for its anthelmintic & peristalsis regulator property, it works as rejuvenator for Kidney, Spleen and Stomach.
Ashwagandha: It nourishes the body at tissue level.
Guduchi: It is believed to be originated from the places where the nector fell. So its role as a rejuvenator can be understood easily.

How to prepare: Boil 100 ml of water. Switch off the stove. Add 2 spoons full (appox. 10g) of herbal mixture to water. Cover the utensil. Leave it as it is for 5 minutes. Or
Take 2 spoons full (appox. 10g) of herbal mixture. Boil it with 150ml of water for 5-10 minutes with the utensil covered.
Filter it. Tea is ready. Enjoy it sip by sip. Add some sugar or lemon juice according to your taste, if you find it necessary.

Take it in morning & before going to bed.
