Ingredients:
Amalaki (Embelica officinalis),
Chandana(Santalum alabum),
Manjishtha(Rubia cordifolia),
Nagakeshara(Mesua ferrea),
Draksha(Vitis vinifera)
Ushir(Vitivira zizanoides),
Yashtimadhu (Licorice),
Rose petals(Rosa centifolia)

Amalaki: Best Pitta pacifier and immunity enhancer. It is the richest source of Vitamin C.
Chandana: Cold in nature and helps to sooth the internal system, works good in burning micturation.
Manjishtha: Blood purifier and best to help the skin, makes it good for Pitta people as these parts need maximum care in these people.
Nagakeshara: Reduces hyper sweating and helps to remove bad odor of sweat from the body, what maximum people of Pitta constitution faces.
Draksha: Possessing sweet taste& after digestion effect, unctuousness& cold nature it is very useful for Pitta dominant fellows.
Ushir: Grows on the banks of rivers and water falls, so it is naturally cold in nature and helps to sooth the internal system by its activities.
Yastimadhu: Best to heal gastric ulcers, it is a well known mucilaginous drug, helps to prevent Pitta to be dominant on rest two.
Rose Petals: Known for its beauty and calmness among poets, comprises same features medicinally also.

How to prepare: Boil 100 ml of water. Switch off the stove. Add 2 spoons full (appox. 10g) of herbal mixture to water. Cover the utensil. Leave it as it is for 5 minutes. Or
Take 2 spoons full (appox. 10g) of herbal mixture. Boil it with 150ml of water for 5-10 minutes with the utensil covered.
Filter it. Tea is ready. Enjoy it sip by sip. Add some sugar or lemon juice according to your taste, if you find it necessary.

Take it in morning & before going to bed.
