It is considered the best among digestive stimulants& curative of inspissations of Kapha & blood
Guduchi regulates all the three bio humors i.e. Vat, Pitta, & Kapha for Vata it should be practiced with Ghrita for Pitta with jaggery & for Kapha with honey.
When a person takes Guduchi powder with jaggery & honey it is believed to give a disease free body.
